The Growth Opportunity Center currently has clinical openings in the following areas: Child Psychiatrist, Adult Psychiatrist, Licensed Psychologist, and Licensed Social Worker.

*Independent Contractor Providers hired by the Administrative Team will sign an independent contract agreement which specifies their role and payment agreement.

The Independent Contractor Provider is required to provide to the Center, ACT 34 and ACT 151 Clearance Forms indicating that both Criminal Record and Child Abuse History checks have been completed and approved since September of the most current calendar year. These must be submitted prior to initiating client services. If the potential provider does not have current approved forms, he/she will be provided with these forms and directions for completion. Following receipt by the Center and approval of the forms, the provider may begin providing services.

Independent Contractor Providers will establish with the Center the days and hours they will work. Office assignments will be made based on the Provider’s schedule and available space. Referral of clients is made by the Growth Opportunity Center Office based on the skills of the provider and their available time.

The Center’s Office processes the billing for Provider services that are contracted with Growth Opportunity Center in-network insurance companies. Out-of-network insurance companies are billed directly by the provider.

For clients who do not have insurance, providers can negotiate costs with the client based on a sliding scale ranging from full fee payment to reduced fee payment.
